No one reads LJ anymore so I'll just post about sandwiches

NAVY GIRL
2-3 slices hard salami  +
1 Laughing Cow original creamy Swiss cheese triangle, squished with knife  +
2 lightly salted rice cakes

= deliciousness

I can't eat real bread so rice cakes are usually a poor substitute :( But honestly the rice cakes go with this WONDERFULLY.

I read this!!!! I like the description of Laughing Cow...squished with knife - not quite the plums that WC Williams wrote about but it is getting in range...
